App Stalls On First Level

Love this game, played it originally on Xbox and Xbox 360.. BUT IT WON’T LOAD after playing the first level. I’ve tried making new characters and reloading it…nothing works. I hope this can get fixed asap othewise I just wasted 10 bucks on this game.
